Spring Break!

For the next week I am on spring break! This means that the next seven days are probably the last full week in many many years that I will have an abundance of free time and as much sleep as I want. I plan on taking full advantage of both of those things.

So, for updateness, Mom and Mark came out on Friday to visit/help get stuff together for Rhia. They left early this morning, amidst a freak late snow-storm (seriously, the pass sucked yesterday--how does that even work? It's almost April!). It was fantastic to see both of them, and I had a lot of fun. Mom went to my doctor's appointment with me on Friday, so she got to meet my doctor and hear Rhia's heartbeat (and sit in the doctor's office for an hour to do so). Yesterday we went to North Bend and Tukwila and hit Carter's and Babies-r-Us. After the stop at Carter's, Rhia will be the most stylish baby in Washington state this summer. :) Her grandma is already spoiling her rotten. When we went to Babies-r-Us we picked up a bunch of stuff so that we're ready for her to arrive, including a back-pack-carrier thing, a little bathtub, bedding stuff, and some other necessities. Mom brought out a bassinet with her, and while we couldn't find any covers (for whatever reason?) we did get sheets and whatnot. So Rhia has a place to sleep! I spent this morning washing stuff and organizing. We're getting pretty close to ready! Which is good, because there's only about 5 weeks before she could decide to make her appearance. Yikes.

In other news, Al decided to take the offer at UW, which means we'll be moving not to Pullman this summer, but instead Seattle. I am psyched. And a little nervous, as it means finding a job for next school year, but I shall manage. It's a fantastic school for him to go to, and while we're both nervous about it (we are both small-town Montana kids, after all), it's exciting. He's been dilligantly working on his thesis for the last week or so--so I haven't seen him much. It's going to be a busy couple of months.
So, some pictures of a couple of the outfits Mom and I picked out yesterday (overalls, cute skirt, and cherry dress with matching hat!), the bassinet, and my 32 week belly picture.
